The Happy Founder Method

Create a personalized productivity system for ambitious entrepreneurs

Do you feel stuck in a loop of endless tasks, constant distractions, and the sense that you’re never getting it all done?
The Happy Founder Method offers a real transformation: moving from overload and chaos to a clear, focused routine aligned with your priorities.

What can you expect from this method?

  • Take back control of your time and stop playing catch-up.
  • Move toward your goals with intention, without getting lost in urgent but irrelevant tasks.
  • Feel like you’re working on what truly matters every single day.
  • Gain clarity, structure, and balance between your business and your life.

What’s included in the method?

The method combines proven time management and planning strategies that actually work for entrepreneurs with limited time and many responsibilities.
You’ll learn to:

  • Intentionally budget your time.
  • Audit how you’re actually spending it.
  • Block time with purpose (time blocking).
  • Set goals and break them down into achievable projects.
  • Design a realistic and actionable quarterly, weekly, and daily plan.

How is it delivered?

The program includes step-by-step video lessons that teach you the core techniques, combined with 6 one-on-one sessions with me. In these sessions, we tailor the system to your context, your challenges, and your business. This is not a generic course—it’s a real implementation process.

It’s not for everyone. And that’s okay.

I’m an entrepreneur before I’m a coach. I run my own business, and that’s my daily priority. Coaching isn’t my main activity, which is why I only accept a very limited number of people into the program. I value both your time and mine, and I only want to work with people who are ready to change the way they work.
This method isn’t for you if you’re looking for quick tips or temporary motivation. You won’t find typical productivity hacks from YouTube here. I developed this system through years of real-world practice, testing, and refinement in the trenches of entrepreneurship.
Are you willing to learn, apply, practice, and change the way you work? Then this method is for you.
That said, we do work with digital tools. If using a spreadsheet to track your time scares you, or if task management apps block you completely, this method might not be the right fit.
